The Pocket Casts app supports displaying a funding button on the podcast details screen that can be used to promote your podcast’s donation/funding webpage.
This button will appear if your podcast’s RSS feed includes the <podcast:funding> tag with a defined URL value. Here is an example:
<podcast:funding url="https://www.example.com/donations">Support the show!</podcast:funding>The URL will be opened when a listener taps or clicks on the funding button. The content of the tag — the “Support the show!” text in this example — will be shown as a hover tooltip in the desktop and web player.
