On the Android and iOS mobile apps, you can add an Episode Limit to your podcasts. With an Episode Limit set, this is what happens:
- All other episodes outside the limit get archived,
- The archived episodes are removed from your Up Next queue, and
- Any downloaded files associated with the episodes are also removed
To set an episode limit for a podcast, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are following the podcast you want to set an episode limit for.
- Go to the podcast’s page in the app.
- Tap the Settings icon
on the podcast’s page. - Tap “Auto Archive.”
- Enable “Custom For this Podcast.” You’ll know that “Custom For this Podcast” is enabled if the toggle next to it is blue.
- Tap “Episode Limit.”
- Select an episode limit.
