Pocket Casts gets better every time someone shares a thoughtful idea. This guide explains how to send feature requests so they reach the right team and are easy for us to act on.
To share a feature request, contact the Pocket Casts support team from inside the app so your account and app details are included.
- On iOS or Android: Go to Profile → Help & Feedback → Contact Support → Get Support.
- Describe your idea in the Description section, then tap Submit to send.
- On Web or desktop: Go to Profile → Settings → Help → Send Feedback.
- Choose the “Feature Request” option, then describe your idea and tap Send.

Clear, specific requests are much easier for the product team to review. When you write in, try to include:
- A short summary of the feature you’d like.
- What you’re trying to do today and what’s difficult or missing.
- Any workarounds you use now and why they aren’t ideal.
- Screenshots or a brief screen recording, if it helps show the problem.
Every request is read by the support and product teams, even if not every idea can be built.
When prioritizing, the team looks at:
- How many people are asking for a similar change.
- How much the feature would improve everyday listening for most users.
- How complex it is to design, build, and maintain.
Some ideas may ship quickly, while others may take longer or not be a fit right now.
If your request turns into something we’re building, it may appear in future release notes, update prompts, or help center articles.
