This support article goes over what you can do if your Pocket Casts Plus/Patron issue is not being recognized in the apps and you have confirmed that you are logged in to the correct Pocket Casts sync account.
If your subscription was made through the Apple App Store, please visit or click the following link on the device where you signed up for the subscription:
Your Plus/Patron subscription purchase on Apple should then get synced up to our server and applied to your Pocket Casts account.
