If Pocket Casts crashes, the next time you successfully launch the app, we will receive a crash log containing some information that may help us diagnose and fix the issue.
Sending crash logs manually
If our support team asks for your crash logs, you can find and share them yourself. On iOS, Pocket Casts crash logs are recorded by the system under the app’s internal name podcasts (for example podcasts-2026-03-13-123456). For step-by-step instructions, see Getting iOS Analytics (Crash) Logs.
